RETURN POLICY

All of our items undergo vigorous quality assurance checks to ensure that each item represents the high standards that Tobams Colors adhere to. If there happens to be an issue with your item, please email us (mailto:Returns@tobamscolors.com) within 1 day of receiving your item to request an exchange.

How to return shipping?

1. Please send us an email (mailto:Returns@tobamscolors.com) with your name, order number, delivery confirmation (recorded or signed for) and a short description of why you are returning your purchase (it’ll help us improve our service ).

2. Any exchanged items must be sent back within 7 days of receipt, with the tags still on the items and in perfect, wearable condition as originally purchased. We must also receive a delivery confirmation, eg, recorded/signed for.

3. You will receive an email with detailed info on how to ship/return the product. It is very important to follow the instructions in order to get the exchange.

NOTE:

Please note that we do NOT provide refunds.

Also ensure that all items are selected carefully, paying particular attention to our sizing guidelines before purchasing any items. For more information around sizing please feel free to send us an email at info@tobamscolors.com.

All customers should note that they will be liable for delivery charges of any returns due to incorrect sizing.
